This Cabernet Sauvignon based blend will surprise you in its simple intricacy. We field blended our Cabernet Sauvignon with our Cabernet Franc, Petite Verdot and Merlot, then, to add a bit more depth we blended in about 10% Syrah from our Barbera vineyard. The deep ruby color is accompanied by aromas of deep black fruits. It is smooth with low acidity and flavors of black cherry, black currants and a hint of spiciness on the finish. This is our everyday red blend that pairs well with beef, sausage or any pasta dish.
